Weekly Recap

Not a bad week at all. Eating was good, I moved some every.single.day! Loving Fitnessglo still and will probably keep the subscription. My only real splurge this week was a chocolate waffle at the hotel-it was their flavor of the day, and I really wanted it, so I had it. The dog show was a success with Spinner winning a big 4-point major on Saturday. Completely dumped on Sunday, but that’s how it goes. But I can’t complain since Saturday went so well! Overall a good week, and I’m proud of my effort

Activity Plan for last week
Monday: AM Walk/Run, Spice it up sculpt video from fitnessglo (done (1.3 miles) and done!) 295 calories
Tuesday: AM Walk/Run, Multi level sports drills video from fitnessglo (no walk-sleep won out, and HIIT video from fitnessglo) 279 calories
Wednesday: AM Walk/Run, Pilates Core video from fitnessglo (.5 mile walk and Cardio Endurance video from fitnessglo) 324 calories
Thursday: AM Walk/Run, Work Every Muscle video from fitnessglo (Check to the video) 298 calories
Friday: Cardio, Strength and Stretch video from fitnessglo (Check) 279 calories
Saturday/Sunday: Dog Show (Check!) 500 calories
