Not a huge loss, but a loss! That makes my last 4 WI’s have been losses! Unheard of for me! I’m finally feeling like I’m in a good spot! I have meals planned out for the week and plan to keep this trend going! I have decided that I can just measure my runs by miles instead of doing the last week of c25k. It works for me, and it is what I did for my runs over the past weekend. Oh, did I mention that I ran all but three tenths of a mile during my 2 mile run on Saturday? I was freaking proud of that!

Wednesday: 1 mile
Thursday: strength
Friday: 2 miles
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 3 miles
