Feeling: I actually lost something on vacation-Win!

Finally getting back into my regular routine. Today is my first day back at work since June 19th. It was hard waking up this morning know I had to come back! But I’m ready for my regular routine again. I was active on vacation, but didn’t have any ‘real’ workouts. I’m going back to the no bread/pasta challenge for myself. I felt so good when I wasn’t eating it. The medicine I’m on for PCOS has some awful side effects including stomach troubles, but I had zero when I wasn’t eating bread. I started back on bread over vacation, and bam, stomach problems are back. So we are back to no bread. It was hard the first time around, but at least I know what to expect this time. Am I going to cut it out of my life forever? Doubtful, but this is teaching me that I don’t need those things and everything has to happen in moderation.

I desperately need to hit the grocery store after work. I haven’t done that since I’ve been home, and I’m needing more produce in my life. I need to get back to planning my meals. It is easier for me to stick to my plan when I actually have one.

Speaking of plans, here is my activity plan for the week
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Fitnessglo class-Find your inner athlete
Wednesday: Run (weather pending), Fitnessglo class-Crazy for Abs
Thursday: Run
Friday: Run, Fitnessglo class-Strengthen and Lengthen
Saturday/Sunday: Dog Show
